Woody Creek Tavern
Woody Creek Tavern is now considered a rarity as one Aspen's last hideaways for long-time locals. The regulars, some of whom are classified on the eccentric side, including the late Hunter S. Thompson and a Nitty Gritty Dirt Band member who on this day was lounging with friends on the patio lunch area whittling on a small log with a pocket knife. Local and famous memorabilia adorns the walls and a statuesque Boar welcomes you above the front door. |
